I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. From the very beginning, they were extremely transparent about every detail of the car they made me feel completely at ease. Their knowledge of the vehicle was impressive, and they were happy to answer my questions. On top of that, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere without any pressure. They were happy to show me the information they had on the vehicle from the dealer side such as HPI etc. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy second-hand car dealer. Weirdly I was actually happy to part with my money and that’s very unusual!! Not to mention the car is incredibly well presented and they have a fridge stocked full of decent bevvies !
Bought a car from here a few weeks ago and was looked after incredibly well by the guys down there! I PX my car and took a Focus which I’m still incredibly excited about weeks later. We returned today to see if they had their mini but they have now sold it unfortunately. Gutted as we really wanted to use this dealership again. We may return yet though for something else that’s arriving. Just wanted to leave a review more than anything because honestly, it’s a really nice place with lovely staff that know what they’re talking about and are just genuine about selling proper cars to people and getting good feedback, thanks again! Really busy when we popped in over the weekend but felt really well looked after whilst we waited to be seen, good brew facilities and probably the coolest little office/waiting area I’ve seen… 5 stars from me 👏

Daughters first car
I just wanted to leave a quick review to praise the small, but lovely team down at Willow Auto Barn. I’ve recently seen them advertised in the area we live and it seemed silly to not pop in to see if they had anything for our daughter who’s recently passed her test and looking for her first car. I have to say, it’s brilliant! A little black Peugeot caught our eye at first along with a little punto. We left to get our daughter and brought her back an hour ago, she loves the cars but has decided on another one of their cars, a Citroen DS3 (apparently looks sportier 🙄😂) The team are a lovely bunch, with lots of knowledge and very well set up. The car will come with a free 3 month warranty which we’ve chosen to upgrade for her. If you need a car, I highly recommend here and they also make a really good brew ☺️ Can’t wait to take her back to collect it, thank you for your help, we didn’t expect to buy a car today haha!
